Evening and Weekend Appointments

We're working together with our neighbouring practices to bring you more appointments when our surgery is closed.

From 1st August 2019 you will be able to see a doctor or nurse on weekdays after 6.30pm, and on weekends at Liversedge Health Centre.

If you need an appointment at these times, please tell our receptionist who will be able to arrange the appointment for you.

On 15th May 2019 the North Kirklees CCG approved our application to temporarily suspend new patient registrations for 6 months. This means that we are no longer registering new patients. Please see the 'New Patients' page for more details.

New Patient Registration

On 15th May 2019 the North Kirklees CCG approved our application to temporarily suspend new patient registrations for 6 months. This means that we are no longer registering new patients.

The GPs may accept registrations at their discretion, i.e. registrations of new-born babies if the mother is already registered at the practice.

If you have any queries about this, please contact the Office Manager of Practice Manager.

To find your local surgery, please click here to use the search facility on the NHS Choices website.

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

New Practice Boundary

In consultation with our Patient Participation Group and the North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group, our boundary map changed on 1st April 2019.

We no longer accept registrations from patients living in the shaded are shown on the map below. Any patients already registered with us and living in the shaded area will continue to be registered until such a time that they move out of the new boundary area.
