TUESDAY 17TH APRIL 2018 - UPDATE

FOLLOWING A POWER SURGE OVERNIGHT AND LOSS OF TELEPHONE SERVICES AND CLINICAL SYSTEMS, WE ARE NOW FULLY OPERATIONAL. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR TELEPHONE LINES ARE NOW VERY BUSY AND YOU MAY EXPERIENCE LONG WAITING TIMES TO SPEAK TO A RECEPTIONIST. PLEASE CALL BACK ANOTHER DAY IF YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT URGENT.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE CLOSED THIS AFTERNOON FOR STAFF TRAINING FROM 12.30PM.

Ordering Prescriptions

From 1st April 2016, please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription.

Telephoning the Surgery

We have changed the way that your call is handled by our automated system. When you telephone the surgery you will now be given 4 options. Please listen carefully and select the option most suitable to your enquiry. We hope that this will make it easier for patients to contact the surgery when they need to, and welcome feedback on the system.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

We are now live with electronic prescribing - ask at your pharmacy for a nomination form - your prescription can then be sent direct to them to be dispensed.

TEAM TRAINING

The practice closes regularly to enable the practice team to train together - this is usually on a Tuesday afternoon - please click on the links below to check the dates.

BM (Southampton)DRCOG MRGCP
Trained at Southampton Medical School and qualified in 1985. Her interests include psychological problems, the treatment of addiction, and medical training. She joined the practice as a Partner in 1992, but had worked as a trainee in the practice in 1989.
Dr Andrew Cameron (m)
MbChB(Leeds) MRCGP Studied at Leeds University, qualifying in 1992. He joined the practice in 1997 as a Partner, having trained as a GP in Huddersfield. He has a wide range of medical interests, including minor surgery and acupuncture.
